We deploy the same Computer Aided Design (CAD) software as some Formula 1 teams to develop designs to precise specifications. We also utilise computer aided manufacturing equipment which allows us to reproduce perforating layouts, however demanding. Our Trumatic (punch & nibbling) machines are capable of punching up to a 74mm hole with a single stroke through a maximum plate thickness of 6mm. Custom punching is available and our technical sales department can be contacted for more information.
